2. Nature of Service
We offer individualized potential analysis based on fingerprint data, using principles from biology and behavioral sciences.
Our services include:
- Collection of fingerprint data
- Analysis and interpretation
- Report generation (digital or printed)
- Optional consultation (depending on package)
Note: This service does not constitute a medical, psychological, or diagnostic evaluation. It is intended solely as personal development guidance.
3. Order and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website or designated online channels.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- QR code payment
- Credit card
- Installments (if available)
The service will begin only after full payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation is allowed within 7 days of payment if the analysis process has not started.
- No refund is available after the analysis has begun.
- Partial refunds may apply in the case of technical issues or delays exceeding 15 business days.
- If the customer is dissatisfied after a live consultation, a full refund (100%) is available within 7 days of the complaint and feedback.
EU Consumers: You have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days unless you expressly consent to the service starting before the withdrawal period ends and agree to waive that right.
5. Data Protection

The provider shall not be held liable for any damage caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect data submitted by the customer
- Misinterpretation of results by the customer
- Force majeure events (e.g., power outage, technical failure, natural disasters)
Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, and analyses produced are the intellectual property of the provider.
- Reproduction, modification, publication, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
- Customers may use the results for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
This does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the country in which the customer resides.
10. Modifications to Terms
The provider reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
Customers will be informed of any significant changes via the website or other appropriate channels.
